As the Art Director and Senior Designer for Jenni Kayne, I led the design and development of high-performing email campaigns from concept to execution, balancing brand storytelling with performance goals. I partnered closely with the Retention Marketing team to build out our email channel, continuously refining our campaigns through A/B tests in order to optimize our click-through and conversion rates.
